Harper Wira Shipping Sdn Bhd (HWSSB) was incorporated in to venture into ship owning. We purchased a 2nd-hand tonnage in the mid-1990's to trade in the intra-Southeast Asian region. Subsequent to the Asian economic and financial crisis in 1997, the Group re-strategised our spectrum of activities and disposed of the vessel. HWSSB is now dormant and will be the vehicle for new transport-related activities in the future.
